New Global Anti-Gay Network Launched

"The gay movement has really brought this on themselves."

The threatening words of Scott Lively, an American anti-gay crusader, who's being sued for helping drive forward Uganda's extreme anti-gay law. He travels the world giving seminars about the dangers of gay people. He even blames the Holocaust on gay men!

Now, Lively has launched a new global anti-gay network to get more countries to pass anti-gay laws.

More than 75 organisations have joined up. They're getting stronger, bolder and more organised every day. But All Out is standing in their way.

With nearly 2 million people ready to act and a savvy team of campaigners to plot winning strategies, we're fighting tooth and nail for love and equality – with a fraction of the anti-gay network's combined budget.

The new anti-gay network's 1-month anniversary is next week. If 5,000 of us chip in even a small amount before that day, we'll have a huge, powerful fund to stop them before they even get started.

Even beyond these 75 organisations, the anti-gay movement is huge. In the US as well as France, Brazil and more, there are dozens of fundamentalist groups investing hundreds of millions of dollars to change laws, and convince frightened people they're sick or evil.

They think they're winning. They see the new anti-gay laws in Nigeria, Uganda, and Russia and are satisfied at a job well done.
Meanwhile in Russia, teenagers are hunted down and tortured on video. In Nigeria, gay men are whipped bloody in courtrooms then thrown in jail. In Uganda, people wait for police to hammer on the door, knowing they could face life in prison.

These groups are fighting for hate on a huge scale – can you be one of 5,000 All Out members to make it a fair fight? Please donate:

So what can All Out members do to fight back?  We can make it much harder for them to operate by calling out businesses who offer them services, like internet fundraising sites – like when we got Expedia and Delta Airlines to cut ties with hate group Christian Values Network.

Where they are spreading dangerous messages we can spread powerful, positive stories, and support local activists to do the same. The bigger and better funded All Out is, the louder we can be – taking up more space in the media and keeping journalists informed.

About 1% of All Out members have actually donated since we got started – and those donations got Orange's ads pulled from an anti-gay tabloid in Uganda, stopped gay cures being legalised in Brazil, and put Russia's anti-gay law under the global spotlight.

Because we're super-efficient and low bureaucracy, we don't need huge numbers –  but we do need 5,000 of us to step up now. Can you?

PS:  "Nobody has been able to stop them so far, I'm hoping Uganda can." Scott Lively on the 'gay movement'. He wants to increase, one by one, the number of countries where gay people can be sent to jail. Show him we won't be stopped – please donate: https://www.allout.org/fight-for-love
